Background: Post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) is a well-documented complication of neuraxial anesthesia, presenting with distinct postural features often requiring therapeutic intervention. The combined spinal-epidural (CSE) technique has gained traction in obstetric anesthesia due to its rapid onset and dosing flexibility. The project site is a regional hospital with approximately 145 births monthly, and the CSE technique is the exclusive method used for labor analgesia. Despite its widespread use, limited facility-specific data exist on PDPH incidence following standardized CSE use in laboring patients. This knowledge gap poses challenges in optimizing analgesia strategies and tailoring techniques based on patient outcomes.
